The Story Continues... CHAPTER 5 - WEEK 523 Narrators Remain ; Wakey wakey, naughty murder children. It's a lovely Saturday, after all. Breakfast is served piping hot at its usual time and all of the evidence has been removed from the scenes of yesterday. No matter how you choose to spent your morning though, the clock will begin to chime the moment both hands reach the large, ornate twelve. Before your eyes materializes a door...but not just any door. Unlike the door leading to the festival, this door sits primly and properly right in front of the foyer. Whether you exit the castle on your own or you feel a friendly, invisible push, you begin to walk under an arc of wisterias. Behind you, the clock continues to chime with every step you take. By the time the time the clock strikes twelve, you've entered a beautiful garden. In front of you is a long table, 19 seats on each side. Around the garden are several glass cases containing evidence collected yesterday. As noon intensifies on the sun-shaped clock, you'll find Dragon at the head of the table, a glass-covered rose near her right hand. Tick tock, Narrators. You have nine hours to deliberate. Throughout today's trial, cookies and cakes will be served as your trial snacks, along with hot cocoa...served in sippycups. Welcome to your trial post! How many bodies of the bodies bled red?

The gloves are stained with crimson ink.

Jae-ha bled red ink. And... Reyna's soaked in the stuff.

It probably wasn't used for Sousei's murder. Since he was a "villain".

I'd assume so, yeah. Unless someone wiped the purple ink off and reused it for whatever reason, but there's no way for us to know about that. [a beat.] ... I think?

... Do you think there's a way we could check that? Did anybody find a purple stained cloth anywhere?

So we possibly have two people. One could have killed Lady Reyna and Jae-Ha while the other attacked Sousei?

[disclosures]

That's possible. Blotters work in pairs.

[Unless they just wanted to kill Sousei in a different way, but that wouldn't make much sense.]

Something's for certain, though. All these people were well built and able to fight. The group that killed these three probably knew how to put up a good fight.

Why go after them when there are plenty of people who couldn't put up a fight?

It seems that the castle is more fond of protecting those that can't pick a fight than those that can fend for themselves. Though Lady Reyna, Jae-Ha, and Sousei weren't easy targets, the reaction has been better than, say, when Natsuo was found dead.

[concasse]

... You're not wrong.

[Sanji's noticed the same]

We were ready to fuckin riot when Natsuo died. I can't imagine what the fuck would've happened if say, one of the Ions was killed.

I think that's because he's still a kid. But there are adults here that wouldn't put up much of a fight.
