The Story Continues... PROLOGUE - WEEK 038 Narrators Remain ; Did you sleep well? Light filters into the castle on Monday morning. The birds are chirping pleasantly, the castle warms up with the rising of the sun, and the doors on the second floor creak as they open. Yes, that’s correct, the luxurious dormitories are now open to you all. Play nicely with all your suitemates please. You will find a gilded name plaque outside your room, along with another person's name...? Congratulations on your bed! Singular bed, that is, that you will have to share with your partner. Inside your room will find the promised book of rules for the war game. Make sure you read it carefully. Your life might very well depend on it, after all. In addition, you’ll find one item from home waiting for you. Does it look familiar? Should you choose to inspect the back of the door in your dorm common room, you will also find the full list of available titles posted. When you enter the dining rooms, you’ll also find the new addition of the tapestries. Hopefully it doesn’t share anything too damning or scandalous. Aside from the three Classics of the week that hang in the very front of the dining hall, all of them will line the walls, happily staring down at you as you eat. It appears as though no new doors to the outside have been generated, so hopefully you don’t go stir crazy. Anyone who finds themselves looking outside the window may notice the landscape subtly shifting. At times there appears to be a town right at the horizon, booming with life, visible in the day and glowing a warm light in the evening. These mirages don’t seem to last for a few more seconds, but the tune of flutes and fiddles may fill the hallways every so often. Wonder what that’s all about. Hello everyone!
