CHAPTER 7 ; MINGLE
CHAPTER 7 - WEEK 7 Just before Narrators awake, those who are still attached to partners will dream of the two of them together – and then the sudden snap of a red string that connects the two of them. Once they awake, they’ll find the entire section of the rulebook pertaining to Partners has disappeared entirely. Apparently the time for partnerships is over. In addition, the castle has begun to empty out. Perhaps Narrators will notice it now especially on this morning, as their footsteps echo and the halls lack the familiar faces they’ve come to know. Upon entering the dining hall, the tapestries of Evan Hansen, Lord El-Melloi II, Natsuo, Fon Master Ion, Fane, Varian, and Zelos Wilder will all catch flame and disappear as the fire engulfs them entirely, leaving nothing behind. Yet one oddity seems to have enchanted the castle this week – there are the sounds of running footsteps and the familiar laughter of those who have departed. Should you choose to follow this noise, you’ll be led to the Puppet Room. The door will shut behind you – you’ll catch be movement out of the corner of your eye. Yet instead of a puppet entering the stage and re-enacting a dramatic scene, it will just suddenly appear… closer to you. It lingers there, and makes no other move. ![]() Welcome to Week 7, everyone! We would also like to remind players to submit all of their Chapter 6 PCs and new PCs at the Private Conversations page and review the weekly ooc notes for important details in the castle. Something odd will be arriving on Wednesday, July 25th so keep your eyes peeled for that as well.

Alternatively, we could all lie on the floor and ponder the meaning of life, the universe, and everything.

[He'll pull his hand away from his own tapestry, finally, but now it's dripping, too.]
Did you want to do such a thing? There are many great thinkers who came to wonderful answers or theories after doing something like that.

[hurrah, inky tapestries for all!]
Nah. I prefer not thinking.

I spent so much time discussing you, that I forgot that I hadn't said hello at all. It's my fault... I hope you'll forgive me.

And anyway, why are you telling everyone secrets except me? That's so lonely... Even when you already knew what I was.

[True... But he pauses, thinks of some of the things Akechi has said with that deep jealousy of his, and leans in a little.]
Belph-kun, are you only teasing me, or is that true? It makes a big difference, you know?

[which is a total lie, but in this case:]
I believe our exact exchange was something along the lines of, "You wouldn't mind if I have a chat with him about that, would you?" "Yes, I do mind."
He's very protective.

[That wasn't a fufu but a haha, very different.]
He's so cute, isn't he? He's always trying to carry everything on his own... but disregard that and speak to me, anyway. ♪

If you insist. I'm afraid I don't have many secrets left at this point, though.

Anyway, he's stopped from this nonsense by coughing, bless, and his stupid hand is all inky so now what can he do...]
What do you think will happen next, Belph-kun?

[maybe eichi should've taken that into consideration before he got ink over his hand!!]
... At this point, we're going to have to confirm the endings and, if we choose to go with Dragon's, figure out who's going to be the final nine. It seems like that's where we're at, anyway.

[Throwing shade out here... playfully, though.]
Hmm, well, if it helps at all, I did confirm earlier today that everyone will come back with Dragon-chan's ending. She says there's no catch at all. It's odd like that, isn't it?
