The Story Continues... END OF CHAPTER 1 - WEEK 134 Narrators Remain ; It's execution day, naughty murder children. Breakfast is served in the dining hall, all the better to fortify you for what is to come. Wherever you might wander in the castle, you will find yourself drawn to the foyer when the clock strikes not twelve, but ten. In the distance, there is the sound of clanking armor. Ann Takamaki appears, flanked on either side by suits of armor, escorting her to her punishment. She stares straight ahead with each step closer to the group that they take. A moment later, the Tiger appears on the foyer's staircase. Her hand trails down the banister as she sashays down it, and she takes her place at the head of the group, standing in front of what appears to be a wall. "Come along, darlings," she says. "The execution awaits." You blink, and then it's there — a door leading to the outside. The Tiger steps through it. You have no choice but to follow. Welcome to your second execution post! It's true that I didn't want to, but I wonder if they had wanted to kill their victims, either? Aren't we all forced, in this place? Am I really any better than the murderers at each trial, just for doing this in public, openly, as some sort of an executioner?

Perhaps all of this is what they call karma. The cold, Natsuo-kun, the trial, and now this.

[He's had a rough week.] But it's selfish to think of it that way. This isn't an enjoyable event for anyone here.

Natsuo-kun always seems to be getting into dangerous situations, so despite that, I worry. Everyone is looking out for him, it seems, but...

Yeah. I don't know how he keeps ending up like this. It's only been two weeks being here and I'm... still worried.

You should maybe focus on yourself today though.

[He's not sure he knows how to do that, feeling as he is. He doesn't want to be alone... but once everyone leaves this place, that's what he'll go do. Sit alone.]

I'm... going to look after him today.

But if you need to talk once he's out, I'll be around. [It's bizarre making herself try to be a responsible adult. But there aren't that many of them here. She has to do something, right?]

[He takes a slow, steady breath, and tries to stand taller. To be Fine.] I'll keep that in mind, though I'll be doing my best not to need anything like that.

Listen, I suck at giving advice and I've never been great at taking it either. But being alone today is probably an awful idea. It's been awful. Especially for you.

[It's... true. It's the last thing he wants to be, too, but he's not sure what to say, or what to do. There's a pause, and he rubs at his wet arm.]

I'll keep that in mind, thank you. I believe that I just will need a moment or two on my own.
