The Story Continues... CHAPTER 1 - WEEK 134 Narrators Remain ; Wakey wakey, naughty murder children. It's a lovely Saturday, after all. Breakfast is served piping hot at its usual time and all of the evidence has been removed from the scenes of yesterday. No matter how you choose to spent your morning though, the clock will begin to chime the moment both hands reach the large, ornate twelve. Before your eyes materializes a door...but not just any door. Unlike the door leading to the festival, this door sits primly and properly right in front of the foyer. Whether you exit the castle on your own or you feel a friendly, invisible push, you begin to walk under an arc of wisterias. Behind you, the clock continues to chime with every step you take. By the time the time the clock strikes twelve, you've entered a beautiful garden. In front of you is a long table, 19 seats on each side. Around the garden are several glass cases containing evidence collected yesterday. As noon intensifies on the sun-shaped clock, you'll find Tiger at the head of the table, a glass-covered rose near her right hand. Tick tock, Narrators. You have nine hours to deliberate. Throughout today's trial, the snow continues to fall as it has all week, though it's gentle and soft. Instead of tea and crumpets, today's snack bar includes the makings for s'mores, including sharp metal skewers. A fire could be built, should anyone have anything flammable. Additionally, every now and then, the howls of a group of wolves will penetrate the silence that occasionally falls on the the group...and sometimes even in the heat of the moment. [ONCE AGAIN Souji will just fckin strip with no issues... Though he really does seem Sickly™ after so many days in the cold, and he's taken the blankets from his bed with him again so he doesn't die in the snow while they sit out here debating for hours.

That said, outside of some bruising, he's also free of any scratches, cuts, or open injuries!]

It's fine, I'll warm up quickly enough once we're done here.

[No his ass won't he's been cold nonstop for the entire week BUT IT'S FINE.]

Keep these, at least? [The haori and the scarf, he means... he'll put his other clothes back on properly, but he'll make sad puppy eyes if Okita rejects his haori and scarf!!]

[He brought his blanket with him for extra warmth, Yams!!! But he'll hold onto it anyway, if Yasusada doesn't seem like he'll be taking it back... He missed his good ol' gumi blues anyway okay, it brings some comfort.]

I'm alright. Being cold feels nicer than being hot.

[He doesn't like the heat for Sword Reasons... but he'll at least stay as close to Okita's side as he can get without outright snuggling, Just In Case.]

[Well, after he's done being judged by everyone for his sickliness, he'll just flap his blanket over Yasusada's shoulders too. THERE YOU GO, POMPOM.]

I've just been feeling a little under the weather. I don't do well with the cold.

[ Fane considers that for a moment, and then takes off the gloves that he's wearing, and hands them to Souji. He's probably like, good on the blankets front, so he doesn't get the cloak too, but it's something. ]

Then here. I only have these for cosmetic reasons, so you should use them.

[FANE... Souji looks briefly surprised, but reaches out to take them after a second's hesitation.]

...Thank you. I'll return them once we can go back inside.

[But he'll put them on for now, slowly just becoming a giant combo of people's extra clothing.]

[ Hey, as a bonus, they probably feel Fresh As Hell because of how his Source/soul has definitely been kind of vapeing out of his wrist. He probably feels just a little bit better! ]

Hm, no, keep them. I can find another pair of gloves quite easily.

I might have caught a cold, with the weather being the way it is.

[ when he thinks about it, he vaguely remembers something about souji okita dying from illness, or something like that... well, this is Concerning. ]
