END OF PROLOGUE ; EXECUTION
END OF PROLOGUE - WEEK 0 It's execution day, naughty murder children. Breakfast is served in the dining hall, all the better to fortify you for what is to come. Wherever you might wander in the castle, you will find yourself drawn to the foyer when the clock strikes not twelve, but ten. In the distance, there is the sound of clanking armor. Sharpay Evans appears, flanked on either side by suits of armor, escorting her to her punishment. She holds her head high, poised and controlled, acutely aware of all the eyes on her. A moment later, the Dragon appears on the foyer's staircase. Her hand trails down the banister as she walks, and she takes her place at the head of the group, standing in front of what appears to be a wall. "Come," she says. "The execution awaits." You blink, and then it's there — a door leading to the outside. The Dragon steps through it. You have no choice but to follow. ![]() Welcome to your first execution post! Please see here for the results of yesterday's voting. We whole-heartedly encourage also taking the time to leave notes for the mods in the feedback plurk. [Reyna's words aren't gentle, but her tone is.]
Sharpay nearly took Jae-ha down with her. Someone liked Jae-ha and Sousei enough to save them, but what if we'd voted for someone else...? An innocent person would have been executed in Sharpay's place, and if whoever saved Jae-ha and Sousei wasn't as inclined to save their partner, we would have lost more than just the victim and the killer.
Don't feel guilty for bringing someone to justice.

You know, you sound a lot like someone I know from back home. Justice is really important to her.
[ And then, sharply, Ann misses Makoto so, so much. She wouldn't have hesitated. She would have done what she knew in her heart to be right. If she could see Ann floundering now, she'd talk her through it like the true friend she is. Makot isn't here, though, and wishing for her won't change that. ]
For what it's worth, I'm really glad that she - Sharpay - didn't hurt you.

...shitposting meta text aside, Reyna is quiet as Ann speaks - if it helps her to say this, then she'll listen. Hopefully it's a good comparison.]
She sounds like someone I'd have liked the chance to meet.
[good taste in friends, ann!]
You and me both. ...thanks for that.
