The Story Continues... PROLOGUE - WEEK 037 Narrators Remain ; Wakey wakey, naughty murder children. It's a lovely Saturday, after all. Breakfast is served piping hot at its usual time and all of the evidence has been removed from the scenes of yesterday. No matter how you choose to spent your morning though, the clock will begin to chime the moment both hands reach the large, ornate twelve. Before your eyes materializes a door...but not just any door. Unlike the door leading to the festival, this door sits primly and properly right in front of the foyer. Whether you exit the castle on your own or you feel a friendly, invisible push, you begin to walk under an arc of wisterias. Behind you, the clock continues to chime with every step you take. By the time the time the clock strikes twelve, you've entered a beautiful garden. In front of you is a long table, 19 seats on each side. Around the garden are several glass cases containing evidence collected yesterday. As noon intensifies on the sun-shaped clock, you'll find Dragon at the head of the table, a glass-covered rose near her right hand. Tick tock, Narrators. You have nine hours to deliberate. While we're all honing in on a potential killer—anyone want to discuss what those two voting options are? "To Be Continued" and "Happily Ever After."

Dragon there said she couldn't specify which led to which fate, but she did say that one will allow for more freedom as to what'll become of them, while the other follows a written curse.

This kind of seems like a big deal to me?

I-It sounds... really, um, really suspicious to me. But we don't really have a way to know that it'll mean if we decide on that, do we? I... I don't know.

Do you want a "To Be Continued" for your execution or does a "Happily Ever After" sound better?

That's what I was thinking... Happily Ever After seems like a trap. Still, like you, I don't know for sure either.

I believe all that is to be done is to vote for the option that sounds the least terrible to us.

I have little faith they will both be anything but horrible.

Considering the themes of fairy tales, and the truth behind the true stories versus the "happy endings" so many people were made to believe as children... "Happily Ever After" doesn't sit well with me.

It sounds pleasant in theory, but it could also mean a cruel fate, like in a real fairy tale.

Yeah, the original versions of fairy tales were pretty grim, weren't they? ... At the same time, we might be overthinking this...

I'm not so sure. Dragon-chan says freedom, but neither sounds like a true happy ending. After all, we're punishing someone for a crime in a trial.

If it's freedom or curse, I'm quite certain that Happily Ever After is the curse.

Yeah, that's where I was leaning towards.

Well— Happily Ever After is used at the end of a story. When they're dashing off into the sunset, never to be seen again. That sounds pretty definitive to me.

To Be Continued leaves space for a sequel, but... trying to interpret it on our own doesn't give us a real answer. Not until [god] we pick one.

[she's going to be sick. and now that sharpay has confessed, she's looking at her with pity, of all things.]

Maybe we should let her pick what option she wants the most. It's her sentence.

I think To Be Continued-- Happily Ever After sounds final, like a death sentence.
