The Story Continues... PROLOGUE - WEEK 037 Narrators Remain ; Wakey wakey, naughty murder children. It's a lovely Saturday, after all. Breakfast is served piping hot at its usual time and all of the evidence has been removed from the scenes of yesterday. No matter how you choose to spent your morning though, the clock will begin to chime the moment both hands reach the large, ornate twelve. Before your eyes materializes a door...but not just any door. Unlike the door leading to the festival, this door sits primly and properly right in front of the foyer. Whether you exit the castle on your own or you feel a friendly, invisible push, you begin to walk under an arc of wisterias. Behind you, the clock continues to chime with every step you take. By the time the time the clock strikes twelve, you've entered a beautiful garden. In front of you is a long table, 19 seats on each side. Around the garden are several glass cases containing evidence collected yesterday. As noon intensifies on the sun-shaped clock, you'll find Dragon at the head of the table, a glass-covered rose near her right hand. Tick tock, Narrators. You have nine hours to deliberate. But something so clean? If it was such a desperate act by someone unused to murder, then it would have been cleaner than two stab wounds.

The motive fits, but the murder does not.

What purpose would that serve? In any case, analyzing the evidence might prevent an innocent party from wrongful execution. Isn't that what you said she would want?

Exactly! Besides, if I stab you, I may kill you completely by accident! I've not had time to study anatomy to the extent where I know non-fatal places to stab, you know.

Sure, but if it is her and we get enough evidence to back it up, Jae-Ha's not going to put up a fuss. That's my point.

Ah - well. Tiger-san may be responsible for moving around some of the unconscious people, but it doesn't seem like she's at fault for where Gi-gan's body was found. I think that's important, since it seems like it would be a difficult thing for some here to do... Alone, at least, or without additional help.

It's going to be thin no matter what we do. This whole place is running on rules that we only know half of.

And a little bit of common courtesy goes a long way.

You could've asked the person who was hurt the most by her death, shithead.

On one hand, he's reluctant to believe anything from either of them.

On the other hand, he also realizes that assuming they're automatically lying is as bad as taking them at their word, so it'd be wise to at least consider how else it could've happened. ]

[ He shrugs, then holds out the knife for Shirasu. He's actually not bloodthirsty, just. Practical. ]

If you insist, then here you are. Stab her, stab Jae-ha, I hardly care. Just be sure to stab with the knife first and the the shoe and vice versa.

[ while everybody is talking about dicks....... slides back to the evidence--

In the dining hall, does the black ink smear in a specific direction? are there any unusl splatters aside from what normally drips down from the tapestry?

In the armory, does the room look any different besides the swords being rearranged? e.g. and new hidden areas inside?

In the tailor, is anything broken/torn, or is it just knocked over mannequins and stained fabric? ]

Then how'd she get a bruise like that?
