The Story Continues... CHAPTER 6 - WEEK 6??? Narrators Remain ; The clock begins to chime, and on the first note, curfew lifts. Your doors swing open, whether you are ready or not. Leaving your room is a blur. The person you fell asleep beside — are they still there? Have they vanished? Were they ever there at all? You can't seem to recall clearly. What you are most aware of is the pervading sense of wrongness in the air, and how you can't hear anything but the chime of the clock. Even the sounds of your own voice and your own footsteps do not reach your ears. By the time the time the clock strikes nine, you know one thing to be true: blood has been spilt. Search the castle carefully — you wouldn't want to miss a single important detail, would you...? Welcome to this week's investigation post! [Alright, west-side tapestries accounted for. He'll leave those alone.

Since he's on the west side already, he's finally gonna look at that suit of armor between the tapestry of the tiger and the girl, seeing as it's not SUPER SHINY and therefore suspect.]

[Any dents in the armor? And Sanji is gonna take the suit of armor helmet off because. Y'know. Just in case.]

[There's a small dent in the armor ... it looks identical to the dent left when Fitz kicked the one that danced.

Has it been standing here ever since?

Anyway, there's nothing under the armor's helmet. Just an empty suit of armor.]

[Maybe not? Who knows??? Time to move on, Sanji is gonna check the shield, sword, axe, spear, and second shield that are being held by the suits of armor (still on the west side). Do any of them look damaged or like they've seen use?]

[none of them look damaged! it doesn't seem as though any of them have seen any use lately.]

[Whelp, that clears the west side for Sanji.

he's going to go to the east side and pretty much do the same thing. Checking the tapestries first for damage, then underneath them, and then the armor suits in-between.]

[he gets the same results! anything else in the room he wants to take a closer look at?]

[WELL he checked the tapestries, suits of armor...

Also after looking over his shoulder multiple times and assuming there is NO ONE TO JUDGE HIM--

taste it.

[ The majority of the ink is at the base of the stairs, but she's going to check on the few stairs above it to make sure there's no other marks. ]

[there isn't anything on the first couple of stairs above it!

but as she approaches the base of the stairs, there's a crunch under her foot. hm.]

[Thank god Cardia is here because Sanji was gonna flounce after the ink stains.]

... W-what was that...?

[ She's here to make sure there are no dead bodies wrapped in tapestries--

But Cardia pauses, carefully lifting her foot, and glances down.

What the heck did she just step on??? ]

[they're small white shards of ... something, that were blending in with the marble floors.

get a closer look?]

[Sanji is just gonna walk over himself and peer over Cardia's shoulder. What did she find?]

Hold on...

[ Yes, she's going to take a closer look. And if possible, she's going to try and take a few to balance on her palm so they'll stand out a bit more against her red glove. What delightful thing did we find? ]

[it looks like she's crunched up some shards of bone!]

Sanji is hoping the obvious solution is not the correct one]

[ Cardia tenses up, staring down at the shards in thinly-veiled worry. No. No, it can't be, he-- he'd said so proudly that-- ]

[ Cardia doesn't say anything beyond that, only starts searching this stupidly vast marble floor to see if there's any more random bone shards or anything else concerning.
